Brooke Bond Taj Mahal is a popular brand among South Asians, known for its strong taste, flavor and aroma. With every sip, it is also known to bring people back to their childhood memories or reminds them of their childhood hometown.

What They Wanted

The client wanted Peersway to source Canadian influencers living in Ontario and Vancouver for this campaign to increase attendance to a Taj Mahal Tea 3-day event in Square One, Mississauga. They also wanted to drive awareness to a Facebook contest that Brooke Bond Taj Mahal is hosting. Additionally, they want influencers to celebrate Diwali with some Taj Mahal Tea.

What We Did

We collaborated with 26 influencers to create two Instagram posts and two Instagram stories on their feed. Many of our influencers wrote about their fondest memory over a cup of Taj Mahal Tea, and how it brings them a sense of nostalgia. 6 of our influencers were able to visit the Taj Mahal Tea event in Square One and promoted the event through their Instagram stories, while the others celebrated Diwali and promoted the Facebook contest to win a trip to India. It was very heartwarming to see that a cup of tea can bring them a lot of memories and also a celebration.
