IKEA is a leader in the home furnishing market, providing design inspiration to the many Canadians through their designed and ready to assemble furniture, home accessories and room décor. As Canada begins to open back up, IKEA is releasing a new campaign paying homage to the lessons that we’ve learned during our time at home.

What they wanted: As Canada begins to open back up from the COVID-19 lockdown in March, the client wanted Peersway to source Canadian influencers to share the little lessons they’ve learned at home that would otherwise never would be learned in “normal times”.

What we did: We collaborated with 57 influencers to create one Instagram photo that showcases their home lessons, as well as encourage their audience to share their own lessons too. We saw a variety of home lessons that our influencers shared – ranging from DIY haircuts, building a playground for their children, taking care of plants, and learning how to cook/bake/play an instrument. It was an inspiration to other people as well as ourselves!
