Out of desperation to find clean and natural deodorant that would promote health instead of harm, Jodie decided to launch her company, Clean Kiss, to ditch the chemical-filled and aluminum-based antiperspirants that are currently on the market.
This Skincare Chef is certified in Organic Skincare Formulation, a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT250), and has studied aromatherapy, nutrition, and is an avid student of life when it comes to health and wellness.
The creation of Clean Kiss is an extension of her advocacy for families to take charge of their health by reading labels, teaching that “What you put on your body, goes in your body” and encouraging families to find healthy personal care products that really work.
Clean Kiss now has a full line of skincare products that nourish your face, body, and hair with few, yet high-powered optimal ingredients to get the job done.
They also support many health-related causes, especially for the Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan Cancer Centre in Oakville, Ontario, to which they’ve donated over 1000 deodorants to the people in their programs that are recovering from cancer and the volunteers that care for them.
As a sustainable skincare brand, they have implemented 7 ways to be sustainable throughout their entire supply chain and are working to onboard new initiatives every day.
